Employee Spotlight: Meet Juan Solano, the Creative Mind Crafting Designs at Akorbi!
Today, for our Friday Employee Spotlights, we are introducing you to the talented Juan Solano, the creative force behind some of Akorbi's most captivating designs. With his artistic flair and a touch of quirky charm, Juan adds a unique spark to our team.
We asked Juan a few questions to get to know him better, see his responses below:
Q: What's your favorite thing about working at Akorbi?
A: My favorite thing about working at Akorbi is the amazing team that surrounds me, where I feel like we all fit together, as well as being able to propose ideas and innovate.
Q: Can you give us a glimpse of your day-to-day life?
A: My day-to-day life is very quiet. During the week, I usually stay at home and dedicate more time to work, and on the weekends, I always try to get out of town and spend more time with my girlfriend and my family.
Q: What keeps you motivated?
A: What motivates me the most is without a doubt to grow professionally and personally, to try to be a better designer every day, and to strive to lead the quiet life I want in the future.
Q: Tell us something fun about yourself!
A: I think there are many funny curiosities about me. One of them may be that I don't like odd numbers. For example, it makes me a little uneasy when the TV volume is on 13, then I have to move it to 12 or 14. Another one is that I live in the 'coffee cultural center' of Colombia, but I am not a big fan of coffee. Also, while driving, I can't talk to the co-driver or listen to loud music because I lose my concentration.
