Q: What is your favorite thing about working at Akorbi?
Julio: It's incredibly fulfilling to contribute to the evolution of Akorbi's internal processes. The chance to refine our workflows and make our team's job easier is what I enjoy most. It’s all about creating a seamless experience that enables us all to work smarter, not harder.
Q: Can you describe your day-to-day responsibilities?
Julio: Each day kicks off with an email check-in, addressing any immediate needs of my team or our clients. It sets the tone for a productive day. Then, I dive into my to-do list, tackling the projects that are at the top of the priority list. It’s a mix of meticulous planning and on-the-fly problem-solving—a balance that keeps my role engaging.
Q: Who inspires and motivates you?
Julio: My family is my greatest inspiration, along with an intrinsic desire to learn something new every day. They give me the purpose and drive to excel, reminding me that every day holds a possibility to grow personally and professionally.
Q: Could you share a fun fact about yourself?
Julio: I'm proud to call the most beautiful city in Colombia my home. When I’m not streamlining processes, I’m often immersed in a book or exploring historical sites. It’s these passions that refuel my creativity and broaden my perspective, both personally and professionally.
